FOX Sports Arizona was honored with five Emmy Awards at the Rocky Mountain Southwest Chapter Emmy Awards Ceremony last Saturday night. The statues were won for not only live event programming, but for shows created by its original programming department, a community/public service campaign and Todd Walsh was honored as the best sports anchor in the region.
Programming focused on the Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona State University was recognized with those honors highlighted by FOX Sports Arizona’s coverage of the D-backs 2011 National League West clinching win telecast, Snapshot: Mike Smith and In My Own Words – Frank Kush
