During Tuesday’s Coyotes vs. Ducks game, there was one person who stole the show. It wasn’t Tyson Nash … it wasn’t Todd Walsh… it wasn’t even Shane Doan. It was 11-year-old Sanderson Ford KidKaster, Nick Thurman!
Nick had the chance to interview Coyotes defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson before the game, chat with Jody Jackson and even got to hang out with Matt McConnell and Tyson Nash in the booth during the 2nd period.
Beyond those awesome experiences, it was Nick’s outfit that stood out. Dressed to impress, at least on the top half, Nick got the attention of many for his professional look. He even got a shout out on Twitter by @NHLties for his sweet tie!
This was an incredible opportunity for Nick but it could be YOU next!! KidKasters are chosen once a month and must be between the ages of 10-14 to participate. The next KidKaster will be experiencing the D-backs broadcast life. So stay tuned for audition dates and keep an eye out for the next opportunity by following FOX Sports Arizona on Twitter and Facebook.
